Using Zoom Video Sessions

To join a scheduled meeting (2 options):

1. Click the Join Zoom Meeting link on your calendar invitation.

2. Open the Zoom app on your desktop, click on Join and enter the Meeting ID number to start the meeting (previously sent by your host).

Note: It is not necessary to download the app to get into the meeting if you have received a calendar invitation.
